A website support contract with response times in writing
Security updates, monitoring, content changes, and performance tuning, with response times agreed in writing. We host your site on our own servers or keep it running where it is, and we keep your business email clean and protected.
Why businesses choose us

- Fast, and measured This website scores 99 to 100 out of 100 on Google Lighthouse (measured October 2026).
- Agreed in writing A fixed price up front, a written contract, a test version before launch, and the code is yours once paid.
Maintenance, support and hosting
Launching is step one. We keep it running, hosted and protected, so you don't need to hire a developer for it. Also for websites built by others, including WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and Webflow: we maintain them, we don't build on them.

Frequently asked questions
What's the response time?
Foundation: within 24 business hours, so within 3 working days. Growth: within 8 business hours, within 1 working day. Scale: within 4 business hours, within half a working day. Business hours are CET Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00; Scale runs until 20:00.
Can I move to a higher plan later?
Yes. After 6 months on your current plan you can move up, and what you already paid this term is credited toward the higher plan. No penalty, no lost value.
What does "proactive alerting" mean in Scale?
We detect issues before you notice them. Our monitoring flags performance drops, security risks, and errors, and we fix them before they reach your users.
Can you host our website or app?
Yes. We host on our own infrastructure, or we manage the hosting you already have. If you want to move to ours, we handle the migration.
Do you handle email and spam?
Yes. We set up and host business email on your own domain, protect it against spam and spoofing so your mail arrives where it should, and clean up spam that already got in, including spam sent through your website forms.
Is maintenance required after a project?
No. But your website, app, or platform still needs security updates, software updates, and monitoring. Without maintenance, things break quietly. We recommend it.
From the knowledge base
Plain-language articles from the team that builds. In English.
- Support contracts for websites and software: what to look for The support contract decides what happens after launch. Eight terms that count, clauses that favour the supplier, and what fair looks like.
- How much does downtime cost a small business? A way to estimate it A practical way to estimate what an hour of website downtime costs your business, so decisions about hosting, monitoring and response are made with a number.
- Monitoring: how we know your site is down before you do Monitoring is the difference between an outage and an incident. What we watch on every site, who gets alerted, and why a status page is not monitoring.
- Email hosting versus web hosting: keep them apart Website and email are different services with different failure modes. Why bundling them on one account is a risk, and how to separate them.
- Hosting in the EU: what it solves and what it does not EU hosting is sold as a compliance box to tick. It simplifies some things, changes nothing about others, and is sometimes not what you get.
