Do we have to hand over everything at once?
No. Many clients start with one or two blocks, for example hosting and email, and add the website or automation later. The plan is composed for your situation and can grow.
What if we already have a website, email or hosting?
We take it over. We check how it is set up, fix what needs fixing, and manage it from there. Moving it to our infrastructure is optional, never required.
Who do we talk to when something breaks?
One point of contact who knows your setup. No ticket lottery, no explaining your situation from scratch every time.
How is the monthly amount determined?
By the building blocks you choose and the size of your setup. Your proposal states one fixed monthly amount and lists exactly what it covers, before anything starts.
How long is the commitment?
The plan runs per month. The minimum term and notice period are stated in your proposal, so you know them before you sign. After that you can stop, shrink, or grow the plan at any time.
What happens to our domain, email and website if we stop?
They stay yours. Domains and hosting are always registered in your name, and you get full access and documentation when the plan ends. No lock-in.
