What have you actually built with AI?
Our own app Emanuel: an AI chatbot and live chat for Shopify stores that learns the store by itself and answers customers in five languages. It has been live in the Shopify App Store since May 2026. Right now we are building a system for a client that follows up new leads automatically.
Am I locked in to you afterwards?
No. The automation runs on accounts in your name, and once paid you get the code and the documentation. You can have it managed by us, or by someone else.
What AI models do you work with?
We work with leading AI models like Claude and GPT, depending on your use case. We pick the model that fits your requirements and budget, not the one with the best marketing.
Who pays for AI model usage costs?
You do. AI model usage (API calls, tokens) is billed directly by the provider, OpenAI, Anthropic, or whichever service your project uses. We configure spending limits to keep costs predictable.
Can you automate my existing tools?
Yes. The Quick Start package includes integration with up to 2 of your existing tools. Need more? That's what the Custom Project option is for.
What's the Ongoing retainer?
A monthly plan (8–12 hours) for monitoring your automations, building new ones, and keeping everything updated. Includes a monthly performance report and priority support. Quoted per project.
