From first conversation to launch, here's exactly how we work. No surprises, no black boxes. You know what's happening at every stage.
From first contact to launch
Discovery
We start by understanding your business, your users, and your goals. You share your requirements, we ask the right questions. Content deadlines: we need your materials 5 business days before design starts.
Design
We create UI/UX concepts based on your brief. You get 1 to 3 design concepts depending on your package, and 5 business days to share feedback per round. Revisions are part of the process: 1 to 3 rounds are included, depending on your package.
Build
Development starts after design approval. We build with current, proven technology and follow an 8-step quality check, nothing goes live without passing code review, automated testing, cross-browser checks, device testing, performance verification, accessibility testing, security checks, and your sign-off.
Review
Your project goes live on a private test version that only you and we can see. You get 10 to 15 business days to test, review, and flag issues. This is your acceptance period. If we don't hear from you before the deadline, we consider the project approved. Extra revisions beyond your package are billed separately.
Launch
Once approved, we put it live. Ownership of the code (the IP) transfers to you on final payment. We hand over all files, access, and documentation: you own the result.
Support
After launch, you can continue with a Maintenance, support & hosting plan, quoted with your proposal. Or manage it yourself. Your choice.
