GivePro — App charges and donation payments

1. Your subscription is billed by Shopify

Every GivePro plan is billed through Shopify App Pricing. You select and approve a plan inside your Shopify admin, the charge appears on your regular Shopify invoice, and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the same screen. GivePro never asks you for card details and never invoices you directly for app usage.

Current plans and prices are shown on the GivePro listing in the Shopify App Store and on the plan-selection page inside the app.

2. Donations are collected through Shopify Checkout

Donations made through the GivePro widget are processed as ordinary orders in Shopify Checkout, using the payment providers you already have enabled on your store. Recurring donations use Shopify's Subscription Contract APIs and are billed by Shopify on the same rails.

The money goes to your payout account. GivePro never holds, routes or distributes donation funds.

3. GivePro charges a 0% transaction fee

We take no percentage and no per-donation fee. Your only cost for GivePro is the monthly subscription you approve in Shopify. Payment-processing fees charged by your own payment provider and any Shopify transaction fees are unchanged by installing GivePro and are set by those parties, not by us.

4. No registration needed

Because donations run through your existing Shopify Checkout and payment providers, there is no separate GivePro payment account to register for. Install the app, approve a plan, and you are ready to accept donations.
